How to Fix ERR_CONNECTION_RESET Error?
Possibilities are that just reloading the page or restarting computer/internet router might resolve this error.
Try to visit other websites to make sure your internet is working. Also, it is advised to disconnect your VPN connection and temporarily turn off your firewall.
If the error persists, resort to the following 3 step solution.
Step 1: Change DNS Settings
The first step to fix ERR_CONNECTION_RESET error is to change your DNS settings to Google’s Public DNS servers. To do this, do the following in Windows.
Go to Windows Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter settings
Now right click on your active network adapter and select Properties
Select the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties
Select the Use the following DNS server addresses radio button
Type the following addresses and click OK.
Preferred DNS Server: 18.104.22.168
Alternate DNS Server: 22.214.171.124

Step 2: Reset Winsock
Now go to start and type cmd or command prompt
Right click on Command Prompt result and select Run as Administrator
Now type the following commands.
ipconfig /release and press enter
ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter
ipconfig /renew and hit enter
netsh winsock reset and hit enter
Lastly type exit and hit enter.
Step 3: Check LAN Settings
Go to Control Panel and type Internet Options in the search field
Click Internet Options
Go to Connections tab -> LAN Setting
Click the Automatically detect settings option and click OK.
Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
