Google Adwords now Introducing Dynamic Sitelinks

Today, we’re introducing dynamic sitelinks: automatically generated sitelinks that appear below your ad text, connecting potential customers to relevant pages on your website more easily.

We can say that, this could be another example of sellers ratings, which is used to attract new users to click more on the ad. it will increase the CTR of the Ad.
